2011 -2012 Registration and Tuition Schedule

Registration Fees (non-refundable):
PRE-K
- $75.00 (due by Aug. 1st)
- $50.00 Early Bird (if paid by July 15th)
Kdg -12th
- $200.00 Family Cap $600.00 (due by Aug. 1st)
- $175.00 Family Cap $525.00 Early Bird (if paid by July 15th)

Tuition Payment Plans:
PRE-K (Monthly)
- $260.00 per child Monthly (5 full days, 8:00AM - 2:53PM, Monday-Friday)
- $200.00 per child Monthly (5 half-days, 8:00AM -11:30AM, Monday-Friday)
** Full Pre-K tuition is required regardless of Holidays or sick days **

Kdg -12th (Annually)
- 1st Child $3,000.00
- 2nd Child $2,400.00
- 3rd Child $1,600.00
- 4th Child & beyond - Free

** Family Tuition Cap is $7,000.00 (Does not include Pre-K)**

Payment Options (Does not apply to Pre-K):
Yearly - 5% Discount (if paid in full by August 15th)
Semester - Payments are due on Aug. 15th and Jan. 15th
12 Month Schedule - First month's payment is due in July and the last month's payment is due in June. Tuition is due the 15th of every month.

**Referral Benefit: $20.00 off per month per paying referral student enrolled; up to five students.
**Families are responsible for sports fees, field trips and graduation fees.
**Families are required to either raise a minimum of $300.00 at official ECA fund raisers or pay $300.00. 25% of any amount raised above $300.00 will be applied to that family's tuition bill.
**ECC tithe-paying members will receive 20% off tuition.
**Senior Pastors will receive 50% off tuition (Ordination required- Subject to approval).

** Last year's account must be paid in full before any student will be admitted for the new year. There will be no exceptions to this rule.**
