Athletics play an important role in the lives of students at Elmira Christian Academy. Essential character traits such as leadership, responsibility, teamwork, perserverance, and good sportsmanship are developed as students participate in sporting events throughout the year, as well as knowledge of the game and skill.

   We offer both boys and girls soccer in the fall, junior varisty and varsity basketball in the winter, as well as girls volleyball in the spring. The varsity boys basketball team plays in the GFLCAA (Greater Finger Lakes Christian Athletic Association).

   The ECA Warrior athletic teams bring out the best in our student body, as well as faculty, family, and friends; school spirit is demonstrated, friendships are established, talents are discovered, and skills are enhanced. Through hard work, practice, and Christ-like attitudes, sporting events at ECA are energetic and full of excitement.
