Gradekeeper Pages
These pages are designed for parents (and students) to view student progress and check for missing work.

If you have any problems checking grades for any subject, please e-mail us.
This is one of the few ways that we can find out about any problems and fix them.  Thank you!!!

These pages are updated at least weekly, but usually more often.  You can quickly tell how up-to-date Gradekeeper is for any subject.  First, pick the subject and log in the student name and ID as usual.  When the student page appears with grades and assignments, click on "FILE" (near the top of the screen); a menu appears--click on "PROPERTIES."  A new window will appear; at the very top of the window it will say "Progress Report" followed by the date that subject page was last updated (in parenthesis).  This will let you know how recent the list of finished work and grades is for that subject; each teacher posts grades on different days, but all post at least once per week.

INSTRUCTIONS:  Click on a subject above to go to the Gradekeeper page for that subject. You will be prompted to enter the student name and ID code; then press enter to go to the student's current report for that subject. Click back to this screen to go to a different subject or to enter a different student name (i.e., for a different son or daughter).

REMINDERS:

  • Gradekeeper is updated at least once per week, and as often as practicable. Not all pages are updated the same day.
  • Use the student's full legal first and last names, capitalizing each.  (I.e., "Elizabeth," not "Liz" or "Beth;" "Michael," not "Mike," etc.)
  • Grades and assignments are for the current marking period only.
  • The grade for each assignment and test is under the "points" column; the possible number of points a student could earn for any particular assignment or test is listed in the next column.  There are various reasons that not all points are based on a possible score of 100.   If the "Possible" points = zero, that means the assignment is not yet due--look for a due date.
  • A blank following an assignment or test means it has not been completed (counts as zero); "exc" means that the student was excused from it, either temporarily or permanently.
  • Grades are accurate relative only to the assigned work to date; in general, grades in the first part of the marking period are less accurate than those a few weeks into the making period.
  • Questions? Problems? Comments? Contact us!  We APPRECIATE your feedback!.
